The core challenge involved crafting a cohesive event at a Riyadh resort that effectively delivered the strategic message while seamlessly integrating diverse, engaging activities and comfort elements, all within branding guidelines and potential weather considerations.

We delivered a fully immersive experience, from impactful street branding and stage production for the strategy discussion to a wide array of engaging activities like outdoor games, photo booths, and cultural performances. Crucially, we ensured comfort with catering and heating systems, creating a memorable and inspiring gathering that successfully united Aljazira Capital's team with their strategic vision.
