The Challenge

Our task was to orchestrate a smooth and impactful winners' car collection event for Bank Aljazira's "Keys to Luxury" campaign at their main office. The challenge was to ensure a professional and celebratory experience for the 10 Mercedes recipients, translating the excitement of the social media campaign into a well-executed, branded physical handover, given the winners were already notified and simply arriving to collect their prize.

The Solution

We meticulously prepared the main office for the winners' arrival, ensuring a streamlined car collection process. This included setting up a professional media backdrop for photos, managing all audio-visual elements for coverage, and providing distinctive branded ribbons for the Mercedes cars and custom-designed car key boxes. Complementing this with efficient catering, we delivered a well-organized and celebratory event that honored the winners and successfully concluded the "Keys to Luxury" campaign.
