The Challenge
Our overarching challenge for International Medical Center was to consistently transform various health awareness and national celebration events into highly engaging, impactful experiences. Beyond standard logistics, we needed to creatively connect with the public, drive participation in health screenings (e.g., Diabetes), and deeply resonate with national pride (as exemplified by a unique concept for the 89th Saudi National Day). Ensuring each event maximized public engagement and reinforced IMC's community commitment was key.
The Solution
We delivered a comprehensive event management strategy for IMC's diverse activations, consistently providing high-quality audio-visuals, bespoke booths, engaging activities, catering, and thoughtful gift items.
For the 89th Saudi National Day, we conceived and executed a viral campaign featuring a large-screen display of green liquid filling a Saudi map, symbolizing blood donations. This innovative approach, backed by strategic planning and outreach, not only garnered widespread recognition but significantly exceeded blood donation targets for Saudi soldiers.
For all subsequent events, including Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, 92nd National Day, and Diabetes Awareness (featuring on-site testing), we ensured each was a well-executed, impactful experience that enhanced IMC's community presence and health advocacy.
